1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
You received the wrong item
The return request is made within 2 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
Used or damaged items (unless defective on arrival)
Oxygen cylinders once used
Customized or special-order products

Return the product in its original packaging with all accessories
Once received, we will inspect the item and process the refund or replacement
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to an error on our part)
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 10 hours of placing the order
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled
